Patrick Sullivan started his career in computer science, ending up second in charge of technical support of a $60M online Insurance Broker Company acquired by Willis.  He concurrently started his own real estate development company which developed multi-family buildings in Chicago.  While doing his own development, he also joined Cornerstone Commercial Mortgage LLC in 2011.  While at Cornerstone, Patrick placed approximately $25MM in debt.

 

Patrick is continuing his education towards his MBA at Olivet Nazarene University.  He is a former varsity hockey Coach of Glenbard North and Driscoll Catholic High School, frequent sailor, and adventurist having completed a 2000 mile bike ride across continental Europe from Amsterdam to Genoa.
