Steve Henley is an MBA finance executive with over 30 years of experience. He is the mayor of the Village of Volo, closely involved with Lake County municipal governance, and a Navy veteran.

In the banking world, his impressive background includes senior leadership such as: President, Lakemoor State Bank & Trust; President, State Bank; President, Vernon Hills National Bank; and, SVP of Centrust Bank, First Midwest Bank, and Mount Prospect National Bank to name a few.

 

Steve is a knowledgeable banking professional with broad-based experience in all areas of commercial and retail financial institutions. He is a demonstrated commercial business development executive with expertise in creating and implementing solutions to obstacles, which hinder company and client growth. He is able to identify, develop, and execute tangible and creative solutions that generate revenue.
